Kolbassi

National Award-Winning! Our Kolbassi is made with beef and pork with a very flavorful amount of spices.  It is a smoked sausage that can be eaten hot or cold.  One of the key features of our Kolbassi is its versatility. It can be heated in a variety of ways, including boiled or grilled and can be added to a variety of dishes.
