Ox Roast

Our Ox Roast is a slow kettle cooked chuck roast with a delicate blend of salt and pepper. Ground with the broth added for a true Pennsylvania classic!  It pairs well on sandwich with a horseradish/mayo sauce or mustard. While ox roast is a traditional dish that may not be as commonly prepared today, it remains a delicious option for a special meal or as a unique addition to any dinner or picnic table.
